With Paco Romane and Josh Holub.

Spend Labor Day weekend in the woods with a bunch of comedians in Humboldt County. I’ll be there, as will a bunch of other very funny, possibly stoned comics.

Performing at the San Francisco Punchline Sunday Showcase. I think I got the crowd on my pro-Crack side.
This Friday and Saturday nights I’ll be appearing at The Dark Room in San Francisco as part of their “Twilight Zone Live” series. Each night, area writers and directors take an old episode of the show, adapt it into a live production and then perform it for an audience.
I’ll be doing my best theater-y performance. Come see me get my Shatner on.
Tickets HERE.
Catch me Friday night in downtown San Francisco at the Hobart Building for the weekly Best Of San Francisco Comedy showcase. Tickets and info HERE.
In honor of all the sports hullabaloo in the Bay Area lately, on the latest episode of Chucklepedia we discuss the infamous Ten Cent Beer Night that happened in Cleveland in the mid-70’s, an era known for wise decisions. Take some really angry, riled-up fans, put them in a hot stadium and feed them unlimited beers for 10 cents a pop, what could go wrong?
My cohost Jim and I also discuss my recent run up into the woods to get away from it all for a few days, new regulations for Uber and Lyft and new safety guidelines for porn stars and I go on a rant about tourists. ‘Tis the season.
Find it HERE or on iTunes, and it’s also streaming on Stitcher.
Before I started doing standup, I performed in bands. One of those was with my father and sister, because I’m just that down-home and old-timey. For a while we performed as a trio and opened up for Herman’s Hermits, Frankie Valley and a few more that I can’t remember. Then I started playing the drums and we added more guitar players and horns and it turned into a whole thing called the Braunschweiger Blues Band and is still rolling today, playing sold-out shows around Michigan on a regular basis. But this picture is when we were just a trio, and I was young and skinny in leather pants playing an acoustic guitar. Oh, the memories.
