It’s getting close – February 27th at the Punch Line in San Francisco. Tickets still available (and a few half-price ones still up at Goldstar).
Two shows tonight in the East Bay:
8pm: Chillarious – come see comedy in a mattress store!

9:45pm: Comedy Oakland – the Not So Late Show

Whether you enjoy sitting or laying on a bed to watch comedy, tonight I’ve got you covered.

Preparing to drop a set in a 70’s-themed bar covered in pornography. Y’know, like a PRO.
Come see me close out a show at Slate Bar in SF tonight, starts around 8pm.
Comedy Oakland tomorrow at 8pm.

The amazing thing about stand-up is that you can have a crazy month filled with packed-out shows, fun audiences and great opportunities. But at some point you find yourself back in an empty room saying jokes to a void, and in this case there was a band in the showroom upstairs playing loudly. It was a glorious, shitty mess. I’m glad these are slowly becoming few and far between, but it’s always a good ego check.

New episode of Chucklepedia, featuring the life, times, turmoil and hella pills of Judy Garland.
Find it here or on iTunes or Stitcher.
Lots of spots to catch me around the Bay this week:
2/5 8pm Rite Spot
2/6 8pm Neck of the Woods
2/8 7pm Slate Bar
2/9 8pm Comedy Oakland

From the Audible “Fresh Voices” show at SF Sketchfest. My best 90’s Gangster Rap pose.
Chris Storin and Phil Johnson, two great Bay Area comics, put this together for a show pitch and it’s really cool to hear. Also, I asked some questions about some of the history with my parents and turns out I had some of the details wrong but for the most part, NAILED IT.
